Mad Love was an idea that started baking years ago. I have always enjoyed cooking and baking for my family and sharing with others. I began baking bread for my family weekly and gifting the extra loaves to neighbors and friends. I always wanted to lean into my passion in the kitchen and start a food business...

In August of 2025, I decided to scale up my bread recipe and to open up shop! Since then, my primary focus has been production and not profit. I prioritized baking week in and week out. Many weeks, sales were great! Other weeks I had too many loaves on hand and I would gift them. Regardless of the result, I would be back to baking the following week.

One year later, I am prioritizing production again! My philosophy is to show up and do the work and the crumbs fall where they may. I look forward to bringing more bread and new products to my community in the near future.
